1. Get rid of mold and mildew

Most rental properties get a deep cleaning done before new tenants move in, and it is expected that the new tenants leave the house as spotless as they received it, otherwise, they run the risk of losing part or the entire safety deposit.

Mold or mildew growth on grout is very common even with regular cleaning habits, but a nice and effortless way to clean grout is by soaking cotton coil in bleach, placing it firmly into the grout until it sticks to it, let it sit overnight and remove the next day.

2. Get rid of grease in the oven

To clean your oven naturally you will need two simple ingredients: water and baking soda. Make a paste with these two and coat the oven with it. Let it sit overnight and wipe it down the next day with a damp cloth.

3. Remove carpet stains

Most stains, except blood or red wine can be removed easily with the next recipe: dissolve two tablespoons of salt in ½ cup of white vinegar and rub the stain wit it. Let it dry and then vacuum as usual.
