Terms and Condition of Use

By using and/or placing an order for service on weekendmaids.net (online or via phone), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Weekend Maids Referral Agency accepts bookings based on time, not by the job.

Because every service is unique to the customer’s priorities and the condition of the property, the actual cleaning time may vary. You are encouraged to speak with the domestic worker about the total time required for a particular service. Domestic worker is free to renegotiate the terms of the service with customers.

An online booking constitutes a reservation for a requested date and time frame.

It is NOT a confirmed booking until you hear from us. You will receive a separate set of communications from our scheduling department 1-2 days prior to the service date to confirm the date and arrival time of the domestic worker.

Domestic workers request a 1-hr window of arrival due to unforeseen circumstances, such as previous customer requesting domestic worker to stay longer than anticipated, traffic conditions, etc.

Weekend Maids requires a minimum of 2 days notice for schedule changes and/or cancellations. These can only be made via phone to our main office, which is open M-F 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Sun 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

For any changes to a scheduled service, please call us at least 2 days in advance of the service date to avoid a $75 charge.

Weekend Maids is a true referral agency.

The cleaners referred to you are not the employees of the agency. For further information please read our FAQ.

Because the domestic workers referred to you are under contract with our agency, customers are prohibited from accepting solicitations or offering solicitations to the domestic workers.

As a referral agency, the essential details related to the service, such as customer address and phone number, is passed on to the independent service provider in order to secure the referral. Service Providers reserve the right to contact clients directly before, during, and after service.

The independent service providers, at their own behest, may take photos before, during, and after their service as means of documenting their work. If you have concerns about this, please be sure to speak to the service providers before they commence with their service. Photos, if taken, are strictly for documentation purposes and are not distributed in any way for public consumption.


By booking a service through our online booking form, your card will be charged in full for the service you have purchased. Should you decide not to receive the service, please call the office and we will issue you a refund. Please note that cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 3 days prior to the service date.
