Second time using, for an “annual” cleaning of a shared apartment. Online scheduling works great. Office staff is great at confirming, advising of exact arrival time a day or two before appointment, answering questions. Quick turnaround on any questions I texted or emailed to them. The house cleaners have been prompt, personable, easy to work with and very hard workers. When one finished with time left over, she asked me to assign her additional tasks. Weekend Maids is far superior to other services out there… which have cancelled on me at the last minute. I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.
