This was my first experience with weekend maids. My house was a mess from me being out fo town for 2 weeks and my dog and friends were tearing it up. The maids came and overall did a pretty good job, but did miss some things. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Very apologetic and the cleaner owned their mistakes. They are coming back with no extra charge to make it right!! Very professional business and highly recommend them.

I called them for a move-in deep clean and it was super easy to get a quote, schedule and re-schedule and pay. The two ladies that were assigned were super thorough. They made sure they knew what I needed and even asked me to double check. They were nice. House was spotless and smelled great. Will def use this service again especially when cleaning in new area that I am not familiar with.

Some of the best cleaner's I have seen. A relative had passed away and left a horrible mess. We cleaned for days and finally just couldn't do any more. We called Weekend Maid's and the final cleaning that they did was unbelievable. We Absolutely could not believe the great job they did.

Weekend Maids has supplied housecleaning services to me for several years, and I have always been satisfied with the people they have sent to clean my home. I took a year's break during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I have come back to Weekend Maids because they are a reliable service. They extend every effort to meet my schedule, even when that schedule changes on short notice. The people they send work hard, are competent, and wear masks as long as they are in my home.

I scheduled on Monday for service on Wednesday with Johnathan. I was to have maid service and carpet cleaned. Service was set forn8am with a one hour window. After an hour and a half no one showed. When I called Jonathan I was disappointed because they may have needed to reschedule, but when I informed him of arrangements I made for furniture he made sure he could complete my service. Carpet cleaner came at 12 washed and sanitized my carpet. The carpet looked like new. It wasn't an easy job. The room belongs to my brother who has a mental disorder and trashed the room and carpet. The cleaning people came and managed to clean off all of the food smudged on the walls. They even sanitized them. The maids were very pleasant, very quick, yet effective. I appreciated their hard work as they left the room as if my brother was never there. I will be using Weekend Maids service again. I'm very pleased with the service I received from everyone and the price was affordable.

The service was amazing! Everything from those on the front end scheduling my home cleaning, to the cleaners who went and did an outstanding job! Extremely careful, went the extra mile, courteous, wearing masks, and keeping everything in line with covid protocol. the follow up was also so heartwarming with Memphis (over the phone) ensuring everything ran smoothly. I will definitely be utilizing this team again!
