Second time using, for an "annual" cleaning of a shared apartment. Online scheduling works great. Office staff is great at confirming, advising of exact arrival time a day or two before appointment, answering questions. Quick turnaround on any questions I texted or emailed to them. The house cleaners have been prompt, personable, easy to work with and very hard workers. When one finished with time left over, she asked me to assign her additional tasks. Weekend Maids is far superior to other services out there... which have cancelled on me at the last minute. I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I called Weekend Maids to clean one of my vacation rentals. It was an emergency request, a mid-holiday crunch time cleaning with one day's notice. Mom and Pop type services cannot pull something like this off, heck they can't even pick up the phone because they're too busy cleaning! Add to that I was calling from Mammoth where we are currently vacationing. The phone reception is spotty and there is precisely two places you must stand to get reception and I had claimed one of them to locate a cleaner. At that same time my BFF (our two families vacation together) was standing in the other spot, on her phone frantically trying to get someone to go to her house to get her dog's head unstuck from her gate... so as you can imagine, there was a lot of commotion in the background. It was one of those "No, you really cannot make this stuff up" evenings. Anyhow Memphis has a very chill personality and made me feel like he had it all handled even though I knew I had a difficult request and that he was going to have to scramble to get it done. I really appreciated his confidence and it all worked out. I am still in Mammoth so I have not personally seen the result from today's cleaning but I have been told the cleaners were personable and did a professional job. Thanks very much for helping me solve my problem and get back to my vacation!

Guadalupe was fantastic at her job and turned a vacated condo inhabited for over 30 years into a sparkling home! Dulce was able to accommodate a timeframe that we were turned down by in every call I made prior. We were in a desperate situation. These gals saved the day! Payment was easy and everything was smooth.

This comment is only for the customer service aspect of my experience with Weekend Maids. The customer service representative, Memphis, was extraordinary. He resolved the issue I had with the cleaning services provided, and he helped me to secure additional services to clean my fabric couch and rug. I was reluctant to get additional services from this company originally; however, after speaking with Memphis in customer service I was convinced that I could really on him to assure that the services would meet my expectations and the company would get the job done. I would recommend using this company because they have someone like Memphis working in customer service to help get the job done right.

Weekend Maids, in particular, Yhover are personnel and professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The products used are not toxic or damaging as most store bought are. I recommend Weekend Maids to friends and acquaintances from now on because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and products as I have been. Do yourself a favor, hire Yhover and you will love him as much as we do!”
