Terms And Condition Of Use

By using and/or placing an order for service on weekendmaidstg.wpengine.com (online or via phone), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Weekend Maids is offering a deep-discounted rate when customers purchase 3 (three) services at once.  Here is a summary of what this plan entails along with our standard terms and conditions.

• By purchasing a 3-service package, you agree to redeem the three services within a 6-month time period from the date of purchase. Should you decide to redeem them after 6 months from date of purchase date, Weekend Maids will charge an additional fee to reflect current pricing.
• Services placed under this promotion are intended for general cleanings (not for vacancy or deep cleanings). Please contact our office to schedule a vacancy cleaning or deep cleaning service.
• Services dates must be from Monday to Thursday, excluding Holidays. For services on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, an additional fee will apply and can be paid separately through our invoicing system.
• This offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• This offer is NOT refundable.
• This offer can only be redeemed at the address provided in the original booking,
• Hours are considered “labor-hours” (i.e. 3 hours is the equivalent of 1 domestic worker for 3 hours or 2 domestic workers for half that time). Please note that the actual time required to service a property depends on its condition along with the customer’s priorities.
• Please note that domestic workers do not offer “re-dos”, so please ensure you are available to inspect the work before the cleaners leave the property.
• The domestic worker(s) slated to service your property are under contract with our Agency. Please do not accept solicitations from them.

Weekend Maids Referral Agency Accepts Bookings Based On Time, Not By The Job.

Because every service is unique to the customer’s priorities and the condition of the property, the actual cleaning time may vary. You are encouraged to speak with the domestic worker about the total time required for a particular service. Domestic worker is free to renegotiate the terms of the service with customers.Customers tell us the quality of independent domestics is significantly higher than those of “employed” workers.

• Weekend Maids requires a minimum of 2 days notice for schedule changes and/or cancellations. These can only be made via phone to our main office, which is open M-F 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Sun 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
• For any changes to a scheduled service, please call us at least 2 days in advance of the service date to avoid a $75 charge.
