I was in need of a house cleaner last minute. I called this morning and scheduled an appointment for 1:00. The telephone employee that took the call and set the appointment was professional and polite. I knew what to expect. Carmen arrived at 12:45 with her equipment and tools. She worked for 3 hours. The areas of the house I asked her to clean looked great. She was a personable person and a hard and conscientious worker. Thank you
