This was my first experience with weekend maids. My house was a mess from me being out fo town for 2 weeks and my dog and friends were tearing it up. The maids came and overall did a pretty good job, but did miss some things. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Very apologetic and the cleaner owned their mistakes. They are coming back with no extra charge to make it right!! Very professional business and highly recommend them.
