I called Weekend Maids on a Saturday morning as I was desperately in need of some help to clean my apartment as COVID hit home and my husband was going to be discharged by the Monday coming up. I had such exceptional service with Carlos from Customer service. I explained to him my needs and I explained how I needed to have my apartment deeply cleaned by that same day Saturday as the following day Sunday the disinfecting company would be coming to disinfect our apartment. Carlos assured me that he would do anything that was in his power to send me someone as soon as possible. He got my information and called me about 20 min after reassuring me that he had staff that would be able to come and clean. I was amazed by their service! My apartment was made a mess and thanks to the two wonderful ladies that came along with the wonderful man they did wonders in my apartment. They left it sport less and I was extremely happy with their service. I am most definitely going to continue doing business with this company for my biweekly cleaning needs once my husband has fully recovered. I strongly recommends this company for your cleaning needs! You will not be disappointed. Once again thank you Carlos and the Weekend Maids for saving my life in such a short amount of time!
