This is my second review of Weekend Maids. On top of competent, prompt, and professional cleaning, the customer service exceeds most. I have recently had an unfortunate problem with my basic service. An administrator spoke to me and agreed to rectify a no fault situation immediately. I recommend you give them a try to find a housekeeper with whom you are satisfied. They will work with you, if you work with them. The rates are competitive but the workers are top notch in my experience. Thank you, Andy. This week, I received phone calls from weekend maids checking on me and how I was doing. They also wanted to see if I needed them for anything in my house since I had been a customer for 20 years. Unfortunately, I am high risk even though I am sure they would be very careful and follow guidelines, I had to say ” Not now.” Please call them if you are younger or just ready for help and allow the time needed for their excellent service here in Sorrento Mesa and all over San Diego. They use good quality products and are very able to be flexible to your needs. I can’t wait to get things back to normal sometime soon.
