I received a prompt friendly call from Jonathan who answered my questions clearly and efficiently after I submitted an inquiry online. I will have my first cleaning in two weeks even though they could have started sooner. I find their rates reasonable and competitive. Happy to support a women owned 25+ year business during these times. I appreciate their online presence. It was helpful in my decision to contact them.
Customer service is always a 10/10, Hugo is especially helpful and friendly! I've used them several times and the cleaners have been trust worthy (I get my apartment cleaned while I'm at work) and always amaze me with the final product, even if I didn't think my apartment was that dirty! Because I've used them consistently they offer great discounts for returning customers. I don't think I'll ever use another cleaning service!!5
The service has provided me with a very responsive and professional cleaner. She is always on time, courteous and respectful when working with clients. She gets right to work and efficiently deals with the task at hand. I have been happy to refer her to other clients as well. The cost for services is reasonable. Especially now with COVID worries, I am glad to know that my clients have clean surroundings thanks to our weekend maids.
I normally use our regular cleaning service but have used Weekend Maids as a secondary cleaning service for our properties. I have been able to secure same day service and before noon. I've not gotten any complaints about the cleanliness of the properties, either.

Maria was our latest cleaner and we could not recommend her highly enough- even my husband was comfortable having her clean while we were out and that is unprecedented! I have been really impressed with both the customer service and the cleaning service with Weekend Maids. I have used it 4 times now and plan to ramp up my request to weekly. The two cleaners that have been coming consistently are diligent, contentious and leave my house feeling sparkling. They arrive on time and work quickly but thoroughly. So far they have been cleaning floors, surfaces, and windows but I plan to ask them to help with dishes and laundry as well. It brings me such peace of mind to know it's all taken care of by them, especially as I'm a working mom with a husband who is working long hours as a nurse treating covid patients. I would highly recommend Weekend Maids to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
