have utilized Weekend Maids for a couple of years and have found the service to be very accommodating. I have needed to change cleaning dates a few times and they are very good about working with me.

My wonderful 89 year old father in law needed housekeeping services and I live out of state. After a lot of research I chose Weekend Maids. We have used them three times and have been thoroughly satisfied but have decided to settle on Jesus and Evelyn for continuing service. Everyone that we have dealt with from Jose to Isadora, and the previous cleaning crew have been kind and professional. We are excited to continue our services with Jesus and Evelyn. They did a terrific job. It gives me tremendous relief knowing that my wonderful father in law has a clean living environment. Thank you to your whole team!!!

Customer service is always a 10/10, Hugo is especially helpful and friendly! I've used them several times and the cleaners have been trust worthy (I get my apartment cleaned while I'm at work) and always amaze me with the final product, even if I didn't think my apartment was that dirty! Because I've used them consistently they offer great discounts for returning customers. I don't think I'll ever use another cleaning service!!5

I normally use our regular cleaning service but have used Weekend Maids as a secondary cleaning service for our properties. I have been able to secure same day service and before noon. I've not gotten any complaints about the cleanliness of the properties, either.

Weekend Maids is the first company that I have hired to clean my home that I have stayed with for nearly a year. The trick is to ask for exactly what you want, and if you don't feel entirely comfortable with your cleaning person/crew, just say so! Our first set of cleaners were very good, but I never was confident they understood what I wanted. The office staff was very accommodating and have the 'customer is always right' philosophy that I grew up with. Jose and Hugo are very communicative problem solvers and match makers. The second set of cleaners was a great match for us. As far as the services go, Veronica and her partner are the absolute best! Quick but efficient, and they understand what to do if I leave little notes. They do an excellent job and sometimes do more than I expected. They always arrive in the time frame promised. Oh wait! er, um, I mean they're terrible! Ask for someone else!!
