This comment is only for the customer service aspect of my experience with Weekend Maids. The customer service representative, Memphis, was extraordinary. He resolved the issue I had with the cleaning services provided, and he helped me to secure additional services to clean my fabric couch and rug. I was reluctant to get additional services from this company originally; however, after speaking with Memphis in customer service I was convinced that I could really on him to assure that the services would meet my expectations and the company would get the job done. I would recommend using this company because they have someone like Memphis working in customer service to help get the job done right.

I couldn't find the home cleaning services last minute before Holiday Season in the month of December. It was only weekend maids who accommodated my request. Thank you for coming to my rescue!! You teams are terrific!!!!

Weekend Maids, in particular, Yhover are personnel and professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The products used are not toxic or damaging as most store bought are. I recommend Weekend Maids to friends and acquaintances from now on because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and products as I have been. Do yourself a favor, hire Yhover and you will love him as much as we do!”

Honestly I was just happy they showed up. I had so many places cancel on me last minute. Hector was friendly and cleaned the house thoroughly. I will ask for their cleaning services again.

I had some tenants that moved out of our rental and left it the nastiest place I've ever seen! Even the cleaners said that it was the worst that they had ever seen!! Elvia did such a good job cleaning the grime off the walls, doors and was able to peel off the numerous stickers that were pasted on over the house from the prior kids. It was unreal, but she did an awesome job and I will definitely be calling her back in the future. I highly recommend her and will ask for her services next time. Weekend Maids were very accommodating to my schedule and was able to get them in within 2 days notice. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased when I called Weekend Maids the week before Thanksgiving and had no problem getting my house cleaned. Sandra and Jose did an excellent job getting all areas clean as I would if I could. I highly recommend this service to anybody in need. I am so happy and grateful for the service I have scheduled regular service. Thanks to Weekend Maids and a big thank you to Sandra and Jose.

I needed a thorough 'move in' clean done of the house my family were moving into. Jolby and Kevin were exceptional! Both were warm, friendly, extremely professional and did an excellent job with the cleaning. They took direction well and went above and beyond with this 'move-in' clean. I highly recommend 'Weekend Maids' cleaning service, you will not be disappointed with the professional cleaning and very fair rates. Big shout out to the scheduling department, Salvadore and Christina were awesome with helping get the dates and times needed. I had a last minute change of plan and needed to reschedule the cleaning appointment and Salvadore was super helpful! I'm using Weekend Maids to do the deep cleaning of the house we just moved out of, I know I will be very happy with the outcome! Once again, thank you Weekend Maids, I highly recommend this wonderful company!

My husband and I are really happy with the ladies we have had coming to help us at our home. The most recent one was Carla and her sister. They were very careful with our belongings and followed our instructions to the letter. We so much appreciated that attention. We have requested the same two for our monthly need.
