Cristina at Weekend Maids just solved a very important issue for me today. I had a question about the amount of time that I paid for in a recent cleaning service. She spoke with her team and compensated me with a fair and reasonable refund (I requested it to be an account credit for future service.) WM’s domestic workers do a wonderful job. This was simply a misunderstanding and the company, thanks to Cristina, accepted responsibility and made it RIGHT with the customer. I’m feeling grateful and looking forward to scheduling WM for my next cleaning service.
